Welcome to this years Messmann’s Messquerade ’09. You are invited to a halloween night to remember (hopefully) at the Messquerade Halloween Bicycle Scavenger Hunt, a night of scary and awesome costumes of bizarre bikery on Saturday October 31st. This year’s costume bicycle scavenger hunt will consist of teams of at least 2 to 6 people or so then register your team on the registration page! If YOU haven’t got a team together, you might assemble one with others in your loneliness or join another one, someone might want you! Just come to the start and mingle.

On July 11th, 12,000 Spectators and 700 cyclists will descend on the streets of downtown San Rafael creating a new style of bike racing in California.
The Festival surrounding the event includes the always-popular Kids Course Ride, hosted by Pacific Sun, as well as an Expo and Pro Athlete Village. Involvement from the local restaurants and bars, and music from top DJ’s all create a unique experience enhanced by the excietment of bike racing.
The high speed action of night time criterium racing is unparalleled in the world of spectator appeal and action sports.

“Our 4th year of the FHR is on us soon. February 22nd (Sunday) meet up at 8:30 am under the viaduct at the usual place of Washington and Alaskan. We have a half hour for sign ups and yelling at each other in the street, then we catch the 9:35 ferry to Bainbridge. This is a GREAT day event. 33 miles of hills and cold. Bainbridge is beautiful, and it’s a great challenging ride. Plus, every year so far EVERYONE attending has gotten prizes, regardless of finishing placement.”
